3. Service Plans and Pricing

US GEEK CONNECT offers various service plans at different price points to meet your technology support needs. Our current pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change without prior notice. By purchasing a service plan, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscription Plans: Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
  • One-Time Services: For single-service requests, payment is due at the time of booking. One-time services are valid only for the specific issue addressed during the support session.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@usgeekconnect.online or by calling 1-888-821-3899. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or scheduling a service.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
  • Ensure that you have the legal right to grant our technicians access to your devices and systems for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Cooperate with our technicians during support sessions by providing necessary information, access, and permissions.
  • Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or tools used during the support session.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

5. Remote Access and Support Sessions

Certain of our services involve remote access to your devices. By granting our technicians remote access, you acknowledge and agree that our technicians will have the ability to view, modify, and configure settings, files, and software on your device. You retain the right to terminate a remote access session at any time. You are responsible for closing any sensitive documents, applications, or files before granting remote access. US GEEK CONNECT is not responsible for any data that may be visible to our technicians during a remote session, nor are we responsible for any pre-existing issues that may be discovered during the course of providing support. We will not access areas of your device beyond what is necessary to resolve the reported issue. All remote sessions are logged for quality assurance and security purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, US GEEK CONNECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (c) any content obtained from our services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of our services exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits.
